Hue Rush does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. The game has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no network requests beyond loading the Inter font from Google Fonts.
The game stores two values locally on your device using your browser's localStorage: your highest score (hueRushHighScore) and your top 5 scores (hueRushTop5). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.
The game loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). This request is made directly from your browser to Google's servers. Google may collect standard request data such as your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
Hue Rush does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Since no data is collected at all, the game is safe for all ages.
This policy complies with Colombia's Ley 1581 de 2012. Since no personal data is collected or processed, no data registration with the Colombian National Registry is required.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date.
